PA Connect Freespee

The PA Connect Freespee offers an opportunity to optimize the management of customer interactions. By combining phone call data with a comprehensive analysis of customer behavior, this integration enables more informed decision-making, greater personalization of the customer experience, and an overall improvement in operational performance.

Connector principles

Thanks to this integration, you're able to collect new custom events and properties containing information about your phone calls. By using Piano Analytics to centralize your call data, you can enrich your analyses and unlock new insights.

The connector is configured in just a few clicks from the Freespee interface, and requires prior modification of your Piano Analytics Data Model.

Prerequisites :

  • Have a Freespee account.

  • Have a Piano Analytics account.

  • Have the necessary rights to edit the Piano Analytics data model.

Set up the connector

Enrich your Piano Analytics Data Model

Before going any further, make sure you have the rights to edit the Data Model on your Piano Analytics account.

Go to Data Management > Data Model > Events to declare the following event: 

  • onsite_phonecall

Then, in the Properties tab, declare your two properties (property_key):

  • duration

  • answered

Create a workflow via Freespee's Engagement Builder

First, you'll need to create a workflow in the Engagement Builder, give it a name and link it to your account. Then make the following configuration:

  1. Event and Criteria 

    1. Select the "A call ends" trigger:

Then define your preferred criteria.

  1. Delivery method

Your Piano Analytics tag configurations are automatically retrieved by the fs.js script.

Simply use the following Endpoint:

The body already contains the phone_call event, as well as its two properties answered and duration, which you now have declared in your Piano Analytics data model:
