GDPR – Europrivacy
Europrivacy is a certification framework that meets the requirements of Article 42 of the GDPR concerning ‘Certification’ and has been validated by the European Data Protection Board (EDPB).
This framework enables organizations to demonstrate that a personal data processing activity complies with the relevant provisions of the GDPR.
Piano Analytics has been audited by an independent and accredited third-party body, and the certificate below has been issued, demonstrating the compliance of the audience measurement solution with the RGPG, through the following elements:
