Activation Insights provides a detailed view into how people discover and interact with your site, the content they engage with, how they subscribe, and the nuances of renewal, so you can optimize pivotal moments along the subscription journey and generate lasting customer relationships.  

Activation Insights enables users to use Piano Analytics capabilities without additional implementation effort.

For clients with a full Piano Analytics license, clients can access all Piano Analytics features and capabilities, including creating and customizing dashboards, using advanced analytics, and leveraging all reporting and automation tools. This includes the ability to use pre-defined Composer and VX workspaces board, create custom boards, and analyze data in Data Query. All the Piano Analytics features such as time-period comparison, scheduled reports, alerts, AXON anomaly detection, attribution, and many others can be used with Composer and VX data without additional setup needs.

For clients without a Piano Analytics license, access is limited to three out-of-the-box Activation Insights boards, which provide a simplified overview with limited functionality. For clients who have licenced Audience, we offer additional board called Content Profiles.
