Description
When launching Data Collection Portal, you are landing on its Dashboards section, showing you the main information on your sites.
The table only shows open sites and their main information:
Site Label
Site Number
Site main URL
The site type, web or application
Activity over the last 7 days
Timezone of the site
Note
Clicking on a line allows you to open the configuration panel for the site and edit its configuration.
Site addition
If you are an administrator you will see the Add a site button on the bottom right-hand corner of the interface.
Once you click on it you will be asked to fill your request with basic information:
Contract
This step only appears on organisations with multiple contracts. The subscription fee of the contract is determined from the different sites of the contract.Domain
Old contracts may have domains listing sites in former interfaces.Site label
ex: My SiteDefault URL of the site
ex: https://www.mysite.comTimezone
ex: (UTC+02:00) Europe/ParisStrict domain
Defines traffic from subdomains as referrer site source or not.Duration of inactivity
Defines when the visit is stopped, to create a new visit for new events.
Site configuration panel
This panel allows you to view the site current configuration. You also have the Activity graph visible with access to the volume for the last 7 days.
On the configuration panel you can also edit the site configuration by clicking on the Edit button on the top right-hand corner.
You will then be able to edit the following:
Site label
Default URL of the site
Strict domain
Timezone
Complementary URLs
Add them to consider them as direct traffic instead of referrer sites in your sources analysis.
Site closure/deletion
Deleting a level 1 site must be performed by an Admin of the organisation.
The option is available from Data Collection Portal > Dashboards > select a site > Danger zone

A deleted site will be withdrawn from your list of level 1 sites. You will not have access to data from the deleted site anymore (except via the Data Sharing feature). We recommend that you extract any history that you might need.
As a reminder, a site should only be deleted if the tags have been removed. Please follow this procedure before any action.
Please note that scheduled exports configured to export data from a level 1 site that is being deleted will be automatically suspended (even if they include other sites that are still live).
You must therefore review your export configurations before deleting sites and make sure those sites are no longer in use.
Site list export
You may export your list of sites by clicking on the Download button above the site table.
You will get a CSV file for all sites you can access with the information held in the table:
Label
Site ID
Main URL
Creation date
Closing date
Site type (web/app)
Status (active/closed)
