Is it possible to disable/archive a level 1 site?

It's possible to close or delete a level 1 site, by simply asking the support, giving us the list of concerned sites, and if you want them to be closed or deleted. 

A closed site will still be on the list of level 1 sites, so you will still have access to historical data in your interface. 

A deleted site will be withdrawn from your list of level 1 sites. You will not have access to data from the deleted site anymore.

In both cases, tags must be removed from the site before any action.

Please note that scheduled exports configured to export data from a level 1 site that is being closed or deleted will be automatically suspended (even if they include other sites that are still live).

You must therefore review your export configurations before deleting or closing sites and make sure those sites are no longer in use.
