What is the inactivity duration for a visit?

By default, the duration of inactivity between 2 visits is 30 minutes for websites, mobile sites and applications.

You can now set it to between 10 and 30 minutes.

However, if once you have set the inactivity time you wish to modify it, you will need to create a request to our support team so that we can make the modification on our end.
