How to read the Piano Interface Status Page?

In order to monitor the overall status of Piano Analytics interfaces and tools, we provide a status page: Piano Software Status. This page will allow you to see the good functioning of the tools in real time.

During an incident or maintenance, you can follow our communications in real time, with the latest information from our technical teams on the progress of the phenomenon.

In addition, you can see a 90-day status history for each interface listed. Following this list of interfaces, you will find the history of incidents and maintenance messages. You can get a detail by clicking on the subjects.

The different possible statuses

Operational: the interface is working as expected, and no issue was reported.

Degraded performance: the interface is working with slow-downs and an increase in errors.

Partial outage: the interface is encountering issues, that don’t impact all its sub-products and/or all customers.

Major outage: the interface is encountering issues, that impact all its sub-products and/or all customers.

Piano Analytics Interfaces Availability: This component represents the availability of the Piano Analytics interfaces, such as Explorer, Dashboards, Data Query 3, etc.
Piano Analytics Exports : This component represents the health status of the Piano Analytics exports (generation and sending), which include Dashboards exports and Data Query 3 exports.
Piano Analytics Dataflow Exports : This component represents the health status of the Piano Analytics (Delta) Data Flow exports (generation and sending).
Piano Analytics Data Sharing : This component represents the health status of the Piano Analytics Data Sharing tool.
Piano authentication – http://auth.piano.io: This component represents the availability of the authentication system for users' login to Piano Analytics interfaces.

API Availability

Piano Analytics - Reporting API : This component represents the availability of the Piano Analytics API v3 (https://api.atinternet.io/v3/data/) used to restitute data.

Piano Analytics Data Collection : represents the health status of the Piano Analytics data collection chain.
