How do I change the currency displayed in Sales Insights?
You can change the currency shown in Sales Insights and across the Piano Analytics interface from your organization settings.
Go to Settings > Data Management > Configuration > Currency, then select the currency you want to use.

Important notes (organization-wide setting)
This setting is linked to your organization. Any change applies to all users in the organization.
Only one currency can be used for amounts displayed in the interface at a time.
You can choose from 30+ available currencies.
Understanding the two currency options
Currency management includes two separate behaviors:
1) Displayed Currency (symbol only)
Displayed Currency changes only the currency symbol shown in the UI, without converting the numeric values.
Example: if you change from Euro (€) to Pound Sterling (£), an amount collected as 100€ will be displayed as 100£ (same number, different symbol).
Key characteristics:
Can be changed by users in Settings > Data Management > Configuration > Currency
Applies organization-wide
Impacts what you see in the interface (including for historical amounts), because the symbol display updates
2) Conversion Currency (real-time conversion)
An advanced option allows you to convert amounts in real time into a main currency. This is designed for cases where your tagging collects monetary amounts in multiple currencies. Key characteristics:
Converts both the symbol and the amount using current exchange rates (real-time conversion)
Does not affect historical data; it applies only to future data
Cannot be enabled/disabled or modified by users; changes require contacting Piano Support
Activate it only if you are sure you need multi-currency normalization
