How do I change the currency displayed in Sales Insights and manage the currencies displayed?

You have the possibility to change the currency displayed in Sales Insights and all the Piano Analytics interface. To do so, go to Data Management > Configuration > Currency and choose the new currency.

Please note that this configuration is linked to the organization, and changing the setting will apply to all users.

Only one currency can be used for the amounts displayed in your interfaces. You will have the possibility to select a currency from more than 30 available.

An advanced option also allows you to convert amounts from your currencies, in real time, to a main currency. Thus, if you collect amounts in different currencies thanks to your tagging, these will be automatically converted to a common currency.

This conversion option cannot be disabled by yourself. You will need to contact our support if you would like to disable it. We invite you to activate it only if you are sure of its usefulness. In addition, its activation will have no impact on your historical data, and will therefore only apply to future data.
