As an admin, why can't I delete a specific user account?

If the button to delete a user account is greyed out, it is probably due to the fact that the user is a Delegate.

To delete this user, you will first need to remove him from his delegation(s).

From Dashboard > select the delegation as a perimeter > Delegates management > click on the cross to delete a delegate.
