How to set/reset my password?
To set/reset your password, go to the login page > Fill in your email address > and hit Forgot password?
In the following minutes of your request click on the new activation link sent by e-mail to set your password.
Please note that the password activation link has a lifetime of 24h to avoid potential intrusions to your account. If the link has expired before you could set up the password, simply follow the same process again.
Rules for the set of the password:
8 characters min ; no max
Special characters (!@#$%^&*)
Lower case (a-z), upper case (A-Z) and numbers (0-9)
Must have
characters in lengthNon-empty password required
The user account is locked after 10 unsuccessful attempts. The email address and IP address combination is taken into account.
